Yoga for Strength and Wellness

Take 2+ Be HOT YOGA Foundation Series classes per week.  Optional, take Be Power Vinyasa for extra strengthening.  Toning and Core Power/Ab Sculpting Double: Hot Pilates and Be HOT YOGA, e.g., Mon 4:15p Be Hot Pilates and 5:30 Be HOT YOGA or Fri 9:15a Be HOT YOGA and 10:45a Be Hot Pilates.
