BE HOT YOGA FOUNDATION Series™
This is a #1 Level Class: Great for Beginners and Regular daily practice. Weight Loss, Detoxifying, Muscle toning, and Rehabbing. beyoga© Beginner was designed for both men and women.  This class is designed for people who are beginning to practice yoga with little or no experience . It will cultivate strength, energy, flexibility and balance whilst stimulating a sense of inner peace and
 increased awareness of how your body moves. You will improve your self-confidence, focus, intellect, fitness, calmness and creativity, while also reducing stress.
BE HOT YOGA FLOW 60 & 90™
This is a #1-3 Level Class: Beginner and Intermediate.  Power Vinyasa (Meaning: Breath and Movement) offers a different kind of yoga practice. It’s based on intuition rather than tradition. This 90 minute class offers more than the familiar poses and breathing techniques; it offers a way to face life with a renewed personal strength. Poses are linked together at a faster pace than other classes so expect to leave feeling strong, invigorated and with a positive message. This class is appropriate for all level practitioners and is taught at 95 degrees and 30- 40% humidity.
HOT PILATES™
This is a #1-2 Level Class: Focus on Core (Ab) Strengthening and Sculpting of Long Beautiful Muscles. Both Women and Men love this class.Pilates does more than create flat abs, tone the body, and support weight loss.  Pilates improves your mental and physical well-being, increases flexibility, and strengthens muscles. Pilates mat work demonstrates that our body can achieve fitness all on its own without any equipment. Pilates is a body conditioning routine that builds flexibility, strength, endurance, and coordination without adding muscle bulk. In addition, Pilates increases circulation and helps to sculpt the body and strengthen the body’s “core” or “powerhouse” (torso). People who do Pilates regularly feel they have better posture, are less prone to injury, and experience better overall health.  Sheila gives individual attention and special focus to each student’s goals.  Joseph Pilates is quoted as saying, “Physical fitness is the first requisite of happiness.” This maybe this is your first step!
