♥ Yoga mat*
♥ Large bath towel*
♥ Bottle of water*
♥ Dress in cool comfortable clothes - such as sport bra, tank top, running shorts, swimwear. Avoid sweats, capri pants, heavy t-shirts. No shoes or socks.
♥ Drink plenty of purified water throughout the day so you're well hydrated before coming to class. Come with an empty stomach - wait at least two hours after a meal before taking class.

*For your convenience, these items are available to rent or purchase at the studio for $2/ea.

Before Class:
• Arrive 10-15 minutes before class begins
• Have clean feet and be perfume/cologne free.
• Sign in at the front desk for class.
• Close the studio door behind you, so as not to let the cold air in and warm air out : ).
• The only things that should go into the studio room with you are your: mat, towel(s), and water.

During Class:
• Listen to instructions. As long as you practice proper alinement, you will receive 100% benefit of the posture, no matter where you are starting from.
• Do your very best to stay in the yoga room. If an emergency requires you to leave, please gracefully leave and re-enter between postures.
• Practice stillness between postures.
• Focus on yourself in the mirror

After Class:
• Leave the room quietly. Please respect others.
• If you rented a mat or towel, please place them in the red bin.
• Enjoy the peace and energy you've created for yourself.
• Continue to drink plenty of purified water to washout the toxins and eat fresh, whole foods.
